01 Identity of the data controller

02 Personal data processed
- Identity data: username (a pseudonym you choose)
- Contact data: email address (required at registration), plus the content of any support request or newsletter subscription
- Transaction security data: device installation identifier, device model, IP address, app version
- Usage data: mining session records, reward balance, referral links
- Visual data: your profile photo if you uploaded one, the proof screenshot if you submitted one for a mission, and the screenshot if you attached one to a support ticket. All three are optional and are deleted when your account is deleted
No special categories of personal data are processed today. If identity verification (KYC) opens during a withdrawal period, an ID document and a selfie are processed; this is announced separately when the period opens.

- Providing the service and managing your account
- Running mining sessions and calculating rewards
- Preventing fake accounts and abuse
- Answering support requests
- Meeting legal obligations
04 Legal bases
Your personal data is processed under Article 5(2) of the KVKK on the following bases:
- (c) Directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract
- (ç) Necessary for the controller to fulfil a legal obligation
- (f) Legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms
Optional actions such as newsletter sign-up rely on explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
05 Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred to our infrastructure providers (Hetzner Online GmbH — server hosting; Zoho Corporation / ZeptoMail — email delivery; Google — push notifications, advertising and authentication for social sign-in; Cloudflare — bot protection) in order to deliver the service. Where transfer abroad is involved, the safeguards required by Article 9 of the KVKK are applied.
Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.
06 Data subject rights (KVKK Art. 11)
By applying to the data controller you may exercise the following rights:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, at home or abroad
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate
- Request erasure or destruction under Article 7 of the KVKK
- Request that corrections and erasures be notified to third parties it was transferred to
- Object to an adverse outcome produced solely by automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
07 How to apply
Applications must follow the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller and can be sent:

- in writing to Hacı İlyas Mah. 15. Gül Sk. Tokaç Saray İş Hanı No: 6/C, Osmangazi / Bursa, Türkiye
Your application is concluded free of charge within 30 days. Where the process incurs an additional cost, the fee set by the Board's tariff may apply.
If your application is rejected, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
