01 Scope
These terms cover the Priam Network mobile app and the priamnetwork.com website, operated by Turgay Kıygı. By using the service you accept them.
If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
02 Account
- You must be 18 or older to open an account. By accepting these terms at registration you also declare that you are 18 or older, and you are responsible for the accuracy of that declaration. Accounts found to belong to someone under 18 are closed.
- One person may hold one account. Multiple accounts distort reward distribution and are prohibited.
- Usernames are unique, non-transferable and cannot be changed later.
- You are responsible for the security of your password. If you forget it you can reset it through the email address on your account. If you lose access to that address as well, we cannot restore your account.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
03 Acceptable use
The following are prohibited and may lead to suspension or termination:
- Using automation, emulators, device cloning or modified clients
- Creating multiple accounts or operating a network of fake accounts
- Creating or coordinating accounts that mine only to inflate someone else's referral multiplier
- Disrupting the service by flooding it with requests
- Using the service in breach of applicable law
04 Mining and rewards
Rewards are calculated according to protocol rules. The method and parameters are described in the documentation.
- Rewards may be reclaimed where a rule violation is established.
- Reward rates and emission parameters may change through protocol updates.
- No monetary value of an accumulated balance is guaranteed.
PRM is not offered as an investment instrument and no future value is promised.
05 Dormant accounts and expiry of the mining balance
This rule is not in force today. The dormant-account sweeper is switched off and no balance has ever been expired. The conditions below start to apply only after we announce that it has been enabled.
If no mining session is completed on your account for 180 days, the mining balance on that account expires.
What resets the clock. Completing a single mining session restarts the counter. Signing in, opening the app or watching an ad does not by itself reset it — what is measured is a mining session.
You are warned first. Before the period ends, a warning is sent to the email address on your account. If no warning was sent, the balance does NOT expire. We therefore recommend keeping a valid, reachable email address on your account; where there is no address, or the address cannot be reached, no warning can be sent and no action is taken.
What expires. The mining balance only. Your account stays open; your username, the people you invited, your referral links, your session history and your lifetime earnings record are not deleted. The action is written to your account ledger as a separate entry and is visible from the app.
Pending withdrawal requests. The amount of an open withdrawal request has already been deducted from your balance at the time of the request; expiry does not affect that request and an approved payout is still made.
If the period changes. Should the number of days above be changed, the change takes effect from the date it is published.
06 Advertising
Optional ads may be shown in the app. Watching them is never required and skipping them does not affect your base mining rate.
Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads.
07 Intellectual property
The Priam Network name, logo and interface design are the property of Turgay Kıygı. See the brand guidelines for permitted use.
These terms grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the service and transfer no other rights.
08 Availability
The service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Planned maintenance and outages are announced in advance.
09 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data.
Liability for intent and gross negligence, and your rights under consumer law, are unaffected.
10 Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
We may suspend or close an account without prior notice where these terms are breached.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Bursa, Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes.
Mandatory rights you hold as a consumer are not affected by this clause.
