Delete your account

This page is the account deletion resource for the app published on Google Play as PriamNetwork.

Enter the email address of your account. We send a confirmation link to that address; the account is deleted only when you press that link.

How it works

  1. You enter your account’s email address in the form on this page.
  2. A single-use confirmation link, valid for 1 hour, is sent to that address.
  3. Pressing the button behind that link closes your account and ends your open sessions.
  4. After 30 days your identity is erased irreversibly.

What is deleted

  • Your email address, username and display name.
  • Your password and any linked social sign-in accounts (such as Google).
  • Your last sign-in IP address.
  • The record used to send notifications to your device — after deletion we cannot notify you.
  • The record of which reminder emails were sent to you.
  • Your username as it appears on accounts that invited you or that you invited.
  • Emails and notifications queued for you — deleted before they are sent.

What is retained — and why

The following are not deleted. Most of it can no longer be tied back to you — your identity is removed, so the records no longer show whose they were. One exception: your identity verification application. Your name, date of birth and documents remain there, because removing whose identity an approval belongs to would make the approval meaningless. Here is why, item by item:

  • Mining sessions, earnings and transaction records — these are the accounting ledger. Deleting them would make past balance movements impossible to verify.
  • Withdrawal requests and payments — these records are the only explanation for an amount deducted from a balance.
  • Your identity verification (KYC) application and uploaded documents — retained as proof of the decision, as required by regulation. If you want these deleted, write to the address below; the request is handled manually.
  • Wallet addresses you saved — retained for fraud and multi-account detection.
  • Your device identifier (even though the notification record is deleted) — retained to detect multiple accounts opened from the same device.
  • Messages you sent through the support form — retained for 2 years as correspondence.
  • Your newsletter subscription. That is a SEPARATE consent from your account and you may have given your address without ever opening one; deleting it silently would also destroy your own opt-out record. To leave the newsletter, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter you receive.

How long it takes

Your account closes the moment you press the confirmation link. Irreversible erasure of your identity completes within 30 days at the latest. Those 30 days exist so that a request opened by mistake — or by someone with unauthorised access to your account — can be reversed.
